Refund and cancellation policy
How orders from the shop can be cancelled, returned and refunded, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled free of charge until it has been dispatched. Write to the address on the contact page with the order number.
Returns
Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Safety equipment that has been loaded, rigged or used cannot be returned, for the safety of the next buyer.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace the item or refund it in full, including delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
